Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
2/3 c. light brown sugar
Preparation

Mix, bake and serve all in same 8-inch square pan.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put flour, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, baking powder and salt into ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.
Stir with fork to mix well.
Add milk and oil; stir until well blended.
Sprinkle brown sugar, remaining 1/4 cup cocoa and the chocolate chips over the batter.
Mix vanilla with water; pour evenly over top.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until surface looks dry and brownie like. Serve with a spoon warm or at room temperature.
