Pork Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 medium potatoes
salt and pepper
1 can tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. sugar
6 pork chops
Preparation

Wash and pare potatoes.
Cut in thin slices.
Cook tomatoes, onions, sugar, salt, pepper and shortening for 10 minutes.
Put a layer of potatoes in a baking dish and cover with some of the tomato mixture.
Add another layer of potatoes and repeat until all ingredients are used.
Trim off excess fat on pork chops and lay on top of potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
