Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large tomatoes, sliced
    1/4 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 green onions
Preparation
    Arrange tomato slices in a long baking dish.
    In bowl, mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, oregano and green onions.
    Spoon dressing over tomatoes.
    Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
    Makes 10 servings.
