Potatoes And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
    1 large onion, grated
    4 slices white bread, cubed
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. oleo
    3/4 to 1 c. milk
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix
    everything
    together,
    except
    milk, oleo and corn flakes.
    Melt
    oleo and add milk.
    Put potato mixture in a 9 x 12-inch pan
    and
    pour the oleo and milk mixture over it.
    Top with corn flakes.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
