Minted Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh peas
1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mandarin peel in syrup
1 sprig fresh mint
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Shell peas and combine with onion, sugar, salt, mandarin peel and mint.
Add a small amount of water, cover and cook until barely tender.
Water should be evaporated when peas are done. Remove mint sprig, toss peas with butter, serve at once.
Serves 4.
