Chicken Gumbo Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, split, stewed until tender
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen okra
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    chicken bouillon (I use the instant kind)
    salt and pepper
    1 c. rice (instant)
Preparation
    Take the chicken meat off bone and put broth in refrigerator to let fat separate.
    When ready to make soup, skim fat from broth and put in kettle.
    Heat to boiling and add the onion, celery and okra.
    Cook until barely tender.
    Add tomatoes and chicken, cut up.
    Season with chicken bouillon, salt and pepper.
    Add rice. This will make enough for 12.
