Ingredients

1/3 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark cocoa
4 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients.
Mix until smooth with 1 cup milk. In a large iron skillet, scald the rest of the milk.
Add the cornstarch mixture.
Stir constantly until it boils and thickens. Stir in margarine.
