Tiny'S Pie Crustdallas, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
5 to 7 Tbsp. cold water

Preparation

Blend the flour and Crisco and salt.
Add egg, vinegar and enough water to make a dough.
Roll out on a floured wax paper. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown or fill and bake.
This recipe makes 4 single crusts.
