Lemon Poke Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
    2 (4 serving size each) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 pkg. lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling
    1 c. cold milk
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bake cake in a large dish according to directions on box of cake mix.
    Cool thoroughly.
    Pierce cake with fork at 1/2 inch intervals.
    Stir 4 cups of boiling water into the lemon Jell-O and stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
    Carefully pour hot mixture over cake.
    Cool in the refrigerator.
    Then pour 1 cup cold milk into bowl; add 1 package (4 serving size) lemon flavor instant pudding and powdered sugar.
    Beat with a wire whisk 2 minutes.
    Stir in Cool Whip and spread on cake.
