Company Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 potatoes, boiled
salt and pepper
1 (16 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten lightly
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. minced chives and/or 1 small onion, grated
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation

Drain potatoes.
Beat until smooth.
Add salt and pepper, then cream cheese and beat again.
Blend in onion, eggs, flour and parsley and beat again.
Turn into buttered casserole dish. Spread crushed onion over top and bake at 325\u00b0
for 30 minutes.
