English Pea Creole Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cans peas
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    4 sliced hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Cook
    celery,
    onion
    and
    green pepper in butter until tender,
    but not brown.
    Add 1 can tomato soup.
    Place remaining ingredients in layers in casserole and pour tomato mixture over all.
    Cover top with bread crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or longer.
