Meat Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 5 lb. roast beef
    2 big spoonfuls flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Chunk roast into 1-inch squares.
    Put chunks into good sized pot.
    Fill with water.
    Boil beef 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until beef is real tender.
    Prepare thickening in saucepan (flour, salt, pepper and enough warm water until thickened to medium consistency).
    Add to beef soup to make gravy.
