2 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Drain
pineapple well.\tCombine sour cream and pudding. Add coconut and pineapple; mix well.
Chill.
Garnish top with coconut and lemon slices before serving.
