Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. melted shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    8 to 10 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt yeast in warm water.
    Add shortening, sugar, salt and eggs.
    Add flour and stir into soft dough.
    Keep in refrigerator with damp cloth over it.
    Keeps up to 1 week.
    When ready to cook, roll into ball.
    Place in greased pan and let rise double.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
