60 Minute Whole Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. warm water
    1 c. sugar or honey
    3 eggs
    11 to 12 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. cooking oil
    6 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix water, honey, oil and yeast; let set for 10 minutes.
    Add salt, eggs and flour; knead well.
    Shape into rolls; let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
