Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour (White Foam is good)
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 c. milk (buttermilk is best)
Preparation
    Cut shortening into
    flour.
    Add milk; stir until dough follows spoon around
    bowl.
    Knead\tgently.
    Place biscuits on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake
    at
    450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Yields 8 to 12.
