Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    4 oz. Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/8 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. Cajun spice
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Pound out breasts to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Combine milk, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over chicken; set aside in the fridge for about an hour.
