Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, boiled with skins on
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk or more if thick
    paprika
Preparation
    In a double boiler, melt cheese, margarine, milk and pepper until smooth.
    Combine warm, peeled, cut up potatoes and sauce in a 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.
    Top with buttered croutons, parsley and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
