Tsoi Yan Beng(Sesame Cakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. rice flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Sift first four ingredients together.
    Gradually add the milk, butter and egg to the flour.
    Mix into a smooth batter.
    Spread thinly on a well-buttered pan.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cut into small squares when cold.
