Pork Chop - Potato Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. finely sliced potatoes, peeled
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in baking dish or casserole.
    Brown chops and arrange on top.
    Combine soup, milk, salt, pepper and onions and pour over all.
    Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
