Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, diced
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Add 2 cups milk.
    Thick with 2 tablespoons flour mixed with 1/4 cup warm water.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
