Ingredients

4 c. cold milk
2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 prepared angel food cake (8-inch)
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (15 oz.) can sliced pears, drained
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
4 kiwi fruit, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Set aside. Split cake horizontally into thirds. Place one layer in a trifle bowl (or in 5-quart serving bowl that is 9-inch in diameter). Top with a third of the pudding, whipped topping and fruit. Repeat layers twice. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. Yield: 16 to 20 servings.
