Peanut Butter Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sour cream
pinch of salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate, peanut butter and butter.
Set aside to cool. Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in the chocolate mixture.
Stir in flour, salt and sour cream.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Bake for 30 minutes and cool.
