Escallop Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook ground meat in large skillet until brown; drain.
    Add meat and chicken soup to potatoes.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until potatoes are done.
