Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 or 12 medium potatoes (red)
2 medium onions
1 lb. bacon
1 (8 oz.) box Velveeta cheese
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation

Boil potatoes with peel on.
Peel and dice potatoes; salt to taste.
Fry bacon crisp; break into pieces.
Peel and dice onions. Add bacon and onions to potatoes.
Heat cheese and mayonnaise until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour cheese mixture over potatoes.
Put in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
Serves 10 to 12.
