Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 uncooked pie shell (9-inch deep dish)
    3 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. grated cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. diced ham or bacon, fried
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    4 oz. mushrooms
    salt and pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Combine eggs, cheese and milk; mix.
    Combine rest of the ingredients.
    Add a dash of salt and pepper.
    Top with parsley sprinkles.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until crust is brown and custard is set.
    Cool before serving.
    Serve warm.
