Dungeness Crab And Basil Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (3/4 lb.)
    1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
    2 tsp. chopped basil
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb. fresh dungeness crab meat
    2 green onions, sliced
    12 drops Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    48 medium size mushrooms
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine cheese, bread crumbs, green onions and basil.
    In a separate smaller bowl, combine the Tabasco sauce, wine, lemon juice, garlic and egg and add to the bread crumb mixture. Without breaking up the crab too much, add the crab meat to the bread
    crumb mixture and mix until well blended. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
