Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. raw apples (tart)
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 Tbsp. margarine

Preparation

Mix apples, sugar and soda.
Let stand 30 minutes, stirring several times.
Add oil and eggs; stir in flour, salt and cinnamon.
Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch tube pan.
Pour the following over the cake before baking: Melt margarine; stir in brown sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
