Santa Fe Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, cooked and drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 envelopes Ranch dressing mix
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    2 cans (11 oz.) Shoe Peg corn
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours. Serve topped with cheese and sour cream.
