Pineapple Pistachio Delite Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    1 (3 oz. size) pkg. Jell-O sugar-free pistachio instant pudding and pie filling
    1 3/4 c. thawed lite Cool Whip topping
    1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Pour pineapple and juice into bowl.
    Add the pudding and with a mixer at lowest speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and nuts.
    Spoon into dessert dishes. Pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat in 5 minutes.
    Store in refrigerator.
