Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix (cornbread)
1 stick oleo
1 small onion, chopped
1 whole chicken or 4 breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
Preparation

Boil chicken, remove from bones and cut in bite-size pieces. Cook onion in oleo until tender and mix with dressing.
Spread half of dressing in baking dish.
Spread layer of chicken.
Mix both cans of soup and broth.
Pour over chicken.
Spread remaining dressing over top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
