Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine sugar and oil; blend thoroughly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt together; add to egg mixture.
Stir in carrots and nuts.
Spread batter in 2 greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
