Carrot Raisin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded carrots (about 4 to 5 large)
3/4 to 1 1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. salad dressing
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Place carrots and raisins in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix together salad dressing, sugar and enough milk to reach a salad dressing consistency.
Pour over carrot mixture and toss to coat. Yield: 8 servings.
