Breakfast Before - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spicy pork sausage
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 slices white bread, cubed
Preparation
    Saute sausage.
    Drain all the grease off, beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.
    Layer the cubes of bread, sausage and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour liquid mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Serve with fresh fruit and English muffins.
    Makes 8 servings.
