Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white hominy, drained
    1 lb. ground beef, drained
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 to 2 tsp. cumin
    1 can chili without beans
    1 can chopped green chilis
    1 can mushroom soup (diluted)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. or more Cheddar cheese
    shredded Fritos or Doritos
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and put into 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Cover with cheese and chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
