Chicken Riganato - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer chicken
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper, lemon juice, oregano, garlic and oil.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown (approximately 1 1/2 hours), basting frequently.
