Ingredients

2 3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 sticks margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (2 oz.) bars white chocolate, broken into small pieces
1 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
Preparation

Beat margarine and brown sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
Gradually add in flour, soda and salt mixture.
Stir in chocolate and nuts.
Drop by tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10 minutes in 375\u00b0
oven.
Let stand 2 minutes before removing from pan.
Makes 3 dozen 2 1/2-inch cookies.
