Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 small onion (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small green pepper
    1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Pour large bag of beans in pot.
    Add water and ham hock.
    After 1 hour, divide beans and put in second large pot.
    After 2 hours, add third pot and divide beans from pot 1 and 2. Do the same for pot 4. Get on the phone and call everyone you know and invite them for dinner.
    Start cooking cornbread and making salad.
    Thirty-two came for dinner that night.
    (It was a sight.)
    Next night more beans, there were leftovers.
