Banana-Strawberry Truffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake
2 large pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
4 c. cold 2% milk
3 ripe bananas, sliced
1 qt. strawberries, cleaned
1 large container Cool Whip topping
Preparation

Tear angel food cake into pieces.
In a large bowl, mix pudding and milk; beat well.
In a large brandy snifter or glass bowl, layer cake, bananas and berries.
Top with a layer of pudding mix.
When all are used, top with whipped topping and garnish with fresh strawberries.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
