Chicken Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Brownberry herb stuffing
3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/2 c. flour
salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. chicken broth
6 beaten eggs
Preparation

Prepare dressing.
Melt the butter.
Add flour and seasonings; gradually add the broth.
Cook until thick, stirring.
Stir small amount into eggs and mix, forming custard.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan; fill with layers of dressing, then chicken.
Cover with custard.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
