1 (13 1/2 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese (small curd)
1 3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. persimmons
