Millet Fruit Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. millet, cooked
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. almonds, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
    1/2 c. dried apples, chopped
    1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
    Form into a ball or log.
    Roll in copped nuts.
    The mixing may be done in a food processor.
    Yields twenty 1-inch balls.
