Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 oz. red cake coloring
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil and to that add eggs and beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add vinegar and food coloring to sugar and egg mixture; mix well.
    Add flour and dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla and beat well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes for 2 layers in 10-inch cake pans.
    Cool thoroughly before frosting.
