Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. catsup
    dash of chili powder
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Pour catsup and Worcestershire sauce in a 1-cup measuring cup and 1/2 cup of water and add enough water to mixture to make 1 cup. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender. If you wish after cooking 2 hours, add potatoes, carrots and onions and sprinkle seasoned salt over them. Cook in big roasting pan with lid. I always cover the pan with foil and then put the lid on to keep as much moisture in as possible.
