Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/3 c. Wesson oil
3 large potatoes, cut into thick slices

Preparation

Mix all together in paper bag.
Shake until potatoes are very well coated.
Place in large baking pan.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until brown and tender.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
