Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head of cabbage
1/2 head of lettuce
2 Tbsp. chopped sweet onion
1 carrot, grated
1/2 c. grape tomatoes
1 small apple, washed and chopped (leave peeling on)
Few dark raisins
salt and white pepper (to taste)
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle juice
Mayonnaise
Preparation

Grate cabbage and set aside.
Chop lettuce and add to cabbage.
Add onion, carrot, tomatoes, apple, raisins, salt, pepper and pickle juice.
Mix together with enough mayonnaise to make it mix easily.
