Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast, mixed with 1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add milk and yeast mixture.
    Knead. Roll out on floured board; cut into biscuits.
    Let stand 15 minutes to rise.
    Bake in a 475\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, or until done.
