Marinade For Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/4 c. hot soy sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1 shot sweet vermouth (1 1/2 oz.)
    2 pinches marjoram flakes
    ground pepper
    1 to 2 oz. water
Preparation
    Put in a Ziploc bag with meat and marinate 1 to 4 hours in refrigerator.
    Grill or cook as desired.
