Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. corn meal
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. salad oil, olive oil
    3 jalapeno slices, chopped in bowl so the juice is there
    1 can cream style corn
    1 onion, grated
    3 tbsp. sugar
    2 c. mexican mixed cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a preheated and oiled pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about an hour or until done in the center.
