Aged Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 eggs, separated
1 1/2 pt. rum
2 qt. brandy
2 lb. powdered sugar
5 qt. cream or half and half
nutmeg
Preparation

Beat egg yolks well and gradually add sugar.
Beat well again. Slowly add liquors and stir well.
Keep cool at least overnight, up to 1 month!
